Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Pre-Order Information
You can pre-order an item that has not been released for delivery by the manufacturer.To preorder merchandise just complete your order through our online ordering shopping cart as usual.
We will process preorders in the order they were received first come, first serve basis.You will be contacted by email or phone if we are unable to fill your pre-order due to unavailability from the manufacturer. We will notify you by email or phone also when the item is available and ready to be shipped.
That way you will know to be watching for the delivery.
